Pre-contract information

This form sets out what you need to know before placing your order, as Turkish consumer law (Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation) requires.

The seller

NIA Social Club. The address, phone number and e-mail are at the foot of every page and in your order summary.

Items and price

The items in your order, their quantities and their prices including VAT are listed in the summary at checkout. Delivery and any discount are shown there separately. The total is what you pay.

Payment and delivery

Payment is taken by card through iyzico; your card details never reach us. Items are sent once the payment is confirmed and arrive within the time shown for the delivery option you chose, and never later than 30 days.

Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. Open a return request from My orders in your account. Items must come back unused and fit for resale. For an approved return, what you paid goes back to the same card within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your order or to hygiene products whose packaging has been opened.

Complaints

Write to us first. If we cannot solve it, you can apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where you live for disputes below the legal threshold, or to the Consumer Court above it.
