Distance selling agreement

This agreement is made between NIA Social Club (the seller) and the person placing the order (the buyer) at the moment the order is confirmed.

1. Subject

The sale and delivery of the items the buyer orders on our site. The items, quantities, prices, delivery charge and total are as shown in the order summary, which is part of this agreement.

2. Delivery

Items are sent by courier to the delivery address the buyer gave, once the payment is confirmed, and within 30 days at most. If anything delays delivery the buyer is told, and may cancel the order and have the payment refunded.

3. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the items without giving a reason, by opening a return request from My orders. Items come back unused, fit for resale and with their invoice. The seller refunds the amount paid to the buyer’s card within 14 days of receiving the notice.

4. Faulty items

For a faulty item the buyer may use the remedies the law provides; the cost of sending it back is the seller’s.

5. Personal data

The details given with the order are processed to fulfil it and for the periods the law requires records to be kept. The data protection notice has the details.

6. Disputes

Within the legal limits, the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the Consumer Court where the buyer lives have jurisdiction.
